Okay let’s be real – Boojum Tree wedding venue in Arizona is one of the prettiest freaking places in THE WORLD. This wedding I photographed of Juniper and Chris was absolutely gorgeous. The incredible halloween wedding had so many creative and thoughtful details that I can’t wait to tell you about! But first, let’s talk about Juniper and Chris, their love story and their freaking awesome wedding day!

About the Badass Couple

Juniper’s favorite holiday actually has a lot to do with their wedding and their love story. In college, she was an RA in an upperclassmen dorm that Chris was a resident at, and she was planning a halloween-themed event for the community at her room which Chris was invited to. The two of them immediately clicked and were inseparable since. Six years later, they became engaged!It was only fitting that these two had their wedding on Halloween night again — allowing things to come full circle and getting married on a day that means a lot to them both.

Boojum Tree: The Venue

Boojum Tree is a stunning wedding venue in Phoenix, Arizona. They are an indoor and outdoor venue with a variety of awesome places to take your wedding photos. One of Juniper’s favorite things about the venue was how her wedding package offered a wedding coordinator. She said this helped a ton, allowing her to not stress about things happening throughout her wedding day like the cake showing up or centerpieces being in the right place. I loved the outdoor reception area which allowed for beautiful string lights to help with photos after dark and set a nice, relaxing vibe. I know I’ve already said this a few times, but SERIOUSLY – shooting this Boojum Tree wedding was one of the best nights ever.

Last But Not Least…

I’d keep you here forever if I told you all my favorite details but let me share at LEAST a few. To start, when Juniper was getting ready with her bridesmaids she had a Dutch Bros cup with a ton of well wishes on it. She told me that all the baristas working that day wrote on her cup for her. I thought it was the sweetest thing ever. Juniper didn’t only have a first look with Chris, but she also got to share a special first look with her bridesmaids and family. The reactions were precious and there were definitely tears. When the groomsmen saw Juniper for the first time as well they were all screaming about how she looked like a princess and it was such a heartwarming moment since they had been her friends with Juniper and Chris from the very beginning.

We danced, laughed, cried (happy tears), and partied all night long. And it wouldn’t have been a halloween wedding without some masks at the reception. Let me tell you, I will never forget this Boojum Tree wedding or Juniper and Chris’s love story.
