I’m so glad you asked! The Red Earth Venue is known for its stunning red rock landscape, and breathtaking views of the La Sal mountains. When you book this venue, you’re basically booking a private piece of Canyonland national park for you and your loved ones to capture one of the most important events of your life.
The Red Earth Venue is located on 17 acres in the heart of the Canyons. This venue was created with the intentionality to preserve as much of the pre-existing canyon without mass environmental impact. So, imagine a small footprint with gorgeous views of the Canyonland National Park that leaves you truly speechless the moment that you step on the venue grounds.
Fun fact, The Red Earth Venue in Moab was established by Angela Hayes, a talented wedding and portrait photographer from Moab, UT! Angela’s vision was perfectly aligned in creating a venue that is both welcoming and intimate, while also letting the natural surroundings shine. As a former park ranger, Angela aimed to design a space specifically for weddings that minimizes impact of the area. A standout feature is undeniably the stunning views of the national park. Combined with the option to dine outdoors and celebrate special moments in an eco-conscious manner.
The Red Earth Venue offers both indoor and outdoor wedding options with a maximum capacity of 120 guests for larger celebrations. The generous maximum capacity for an elopement is 30 guests! Additionally, the venue provides parking space for up to 50 cars.
Another noteworthy feature of the venue is its two ADA-compliant restrooms, ensuring accessibility for all guests.
The Red Earth Venue investment starts at $5,000 with the option to rent furniture, decor items, and event services. You can contact the venue here to receive an individualized quote.
The venue includes a 1,800 square-foot indoor glass venue with a 2,300 square feet brick patio for outdoor dining and celebration.
For a desert wedding ceremony experience, many couples opt for the desert platform site. This site is a short .25m walk from the glass venue. For guests who are unable to walk to the platform, the site can also be accessed by vehicle.
