Jennifer + Tory

I had so much fun hanging out with Jennifer and Tory during their sunrise couples session! Every single moment with them was pure magic, and I’m SO happy with how the photos turned out! Jennifer and Tory were such an amazing couple. They were naturals in front of the camera, and I love how their energy really comes to life in these photos! I met up with these cuties at Peralta Trail in Arizona. This is one of my FAVORITE spots in AZ! You seriously can’t go wrong with the breathtaking views of the Superstition Mountains, right in the heart of the desert.

We decided to shoot at Sunrise, and I couldn’t have asked for a better couple to be up so early with! Typically, the Arizona Desert is sweltering. Like, sweat through all your clothes hot. However, this session actually took place on a cloudy day in January! I love love lovee clouds, especially in the desert. It adds a whole different level of mood, and it’s rare in Arizona! The light filtered perfectly through the clouds, and these two were glowing all morning long. Jennifer and Tory are actually from Portland, and it was so fun to show them my little desert corner.

A little about these lovers…

Jennifer and Tory are actually from Portland, and I was SO excited to show them around my little corner of the world. We actually had planned this shoot once already, but they decided to bring the rain with them and we ended up rescheduling. However, they were SO beyond flexible and understanding, which meant the world to me! These lovers actually met at a Tailgate soccer game, and have been together for 5 whole years. Believe me when I say, they are 100% meant to be together. Every moment I spent shooting with them was SO loving and wholesome, and I love how you can really feel the love between them in these photos.
