Bailey and Jakob had the most beautiful boho with a touch of rustic wedding at Saguaro Guest Ranch in Mesa, Arizona.

I met these two last Fall and was able to capture their super rad engagement photos in the desert and we INSTANTLY clicked. By the end of their engagement session I felt like we were long lost best friends and it made me that much more excited for their wedding day.

 Since they had so much family coming in from out of state, they decided to have a fun get together with everyone the day before their wedding. They rented the ferry boat on Canyon Lake and the whole night was filed with yummy food, a lot of drinks and a LOT of laughs. All of their friends and family were so welcoming to me and made me feel like I fit right in!

 When I first arrived on their wedding day their entire bridal party was just hanging out in the pool drinking a few beers (as if I didn’t love them enough already). It was so refreshing to see a couple hanging out together before their wedding and celebrating their day, rather than stressing about it. After about an hour of hanging out by the pool, everyone made their way inside to get ready for their ceremony.

 I can’t even explain how gorgeous all of their décor was and their ceremony site. This venue has the most epic mountain backdrop and their earthy color décor complimented it perfectly. As soon as all of their guests were sat, the music started, and their bridal party started dancing down the aisle. As soon as they saw each other for the first time all dressed up, they both had the biggest smiles on their face! It was totally contagious. As soon as they said their “I do’s” everyone hopped up, cheered them on and threw confetti on them as they exited to celebrate.

I was so stoked when they decided to bust out their old car that they used for their engagement photos. It looked epic on the road in front of the mountains at sunset.

 After the sun was set, it was PARTY TIME! We all made our way down to the reception area that was lit with the dreamiest string lights and we all danced the night away. At the end of the night when I was saying my goodbye to Jakob and Bailey, Bailey gave me the biggest hug and told me she felt like we were best friends and she couldn’t have done their day without me. Its moments like that, that make me so thankful for my job and all the lasting friendships that I am able to create.
