I am so obsessed with this forest wedding in Flagstaff Arizona. Hannah and Tyler got married in Flagstaff, Arizona at the coolest cabin tucked away in the middle of the forest. They got married in the summer time which is monsoon season here & it was raining all morning! About 30 minutes before their ceremony it stopped & the sun popped through. Everyone quickly dried everything off & it was so much fun to watch the groomsmen slide around on the dance floor. When I first saw their ceremony space my jaw dropped! I was so obsessed with the space and the florals on their arch. Everything looked perfect!
Some of my favorite photos for wedding days are the getting ready photos. Hannah got ready in the cabin upstairs. It was the perfect spot because it had a ton of natural light and also overlooked the ceremony space. Hannah & Tyler’s ceremony was by far one of my favorite parts during their day. Tyler faced away until the curtains were pulled back and he was able to see his new wife. He had by far one of the best reactions I have ever seen at a wedding. It had me tearing up behind the camera. Moments like this are my favorite during a wedding day, the raw and real ones that cannot be faked. During the ceremony they had a sand ceremony which means they took two separate colors of sand and combined them to represent their marriage and how they became one.
Right after their ceremony it started to rain again and they totally embraced the rain. You can’t control the weather on your wedding day but you can make the most of it! These two had one of the most epic dance parties I have ever seen! It was so much fun to see all of their family and friends celebrating with them. At the end of their night we all sent them off to a car full of greenery! The perfect way to end a perfect day.
Thank You
